Once we are all confirmed on date and time, next up is to invite. When it comes to inviting your guests, I've set up a few convenient options for you. Each one is designed to be easy and fuss-free, so you won't have to worry about crafting the perfect party description—I've taken care of that!

Partiful is an excellent choice for a modern and straightforward invitation process. It allows guests to RSVP easily, see who else is attending, and provides all the party details in one clean interface. It's particularly good for keeping track of headcounts and sending out updates.
Facebook Event (Private)
Creating a private Facebook event is a convenient way to invite guests who are already connected with you on the platform. It allows for easy sharing of details, photos, and updates, and guests can interact with each other on the event page. Because it's private, only invited guests will see the event.
Paper Invitations
For a more traditional or formal gathering, paper invitations offer a personal and elegant touch. They can be particularly special for milestones or events where you want guests to have a tangible keepsake. What does the party flow look like?
Here's the ideal flow for your party, designed for a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone:
30 minutes: Guest Arrival & Setup
Guests will start arriving while I get everything set up and ready for the demonstration.
90-120 minutes: Interactive Party Demonstration
This is the core of the event, where I'll lead an engaging and informative demonstration.
60 minutes: Guest Shopping & Party Bookings
Your guests will have an hour to shop with Beatrice and book their own parties.
10-15 minutes: Hostess Rewards & Shopping
Once guests have finished, you'll have dedicated time to shop with Beatrice and receive your hostess rewards.
10-15 minutes: Cleanup & Farewells
I'll pack up the demonstration materials, and then it'll be time for me to say my goodbyes.
Important Note for Partner/Child Departure:
To ensure the party stays on schedule and everyone has a great time, please make arrangements for any men and children to depart either just before I arrive or shortly after. Any delays in their departure will unfortunately delay the start of the demonstration and, consequently, when they can return home.

Tips for a Successful Party
To ensure the best possible attendance at your party, we recommend giving your guests at least four weeks' notice. This gives them ample time to plan ahead.
Engaging Your Guests
No matter which invitation option you choose, be sure to interact with your guests after sending the invites. Let your excitement show—it's contagious and will make them even more eager to attend!
If a guest RSVP's that they're unable to attend, send them a message like this: "Would you like to help my party by placing a confidential order, or can I put you in contact with my consultant?" Remember, all orders will increase your party total, boosting your hostess shopping spree!

Party Closing & Orders
Your party officially closes on the day it takes place. Before the party starts, or on the day of, follow up with anyone who can't attend but wants to order. Direct them to my website or have them connect with me directly. This encourages guests to purchase before the party, ensuring you receive all your credit immediately at the end of the event.
Refreshments & Alcohol
Keep drinks and snacks simple and easy! This helps keep your home clean and ensures my demonstration looks its best.
Alcohol is welcome, but please encourage guests to limit themselves to one or two drinks. When guests become too tipsy, it can get loud, spoil the fun for others, and make the party run longer than planned.
Product Delivery
Any products not received by your guests at the party will be delivered directly to your guests' homes via USPS. Packages typically arrive within 10-14 postal days of the party. Tracking information will be sent to your guests via the email address they provided.

Q: What time will you be arriving to set up for the party?
A: For a 1:00pm start; 12:30pm. For a 7:00 pm start; 6:30pm

Q: Do I need to provide you a table?
A: No, I bring my own and will need a clear space (normally in front of a TV) 2' x 4' for the table.

Q: Can my children be in the home while the party takes place?
A: Children can be in the home; however, they cannot come into the space where the party presentation can be seen. If they are younger, I highly recommend that an adult be with them 100% of the time in the basement or family room where they are staying to ensure they do not leave and "surprise" join us during any of the presentation.
